Once a month (on Sunday evenings), we meet live. This is real coaching. We bring real struggles with the habit, and we solve them together.
Weekly WhatsApp Group Support
You’ll join our private WhatsApp community where we work through the Food Freedom Journey together - get real-time accountability.
On-Demand Video Library
You’ll have access to short and longer training videos covering every milestone to revisit concepts anytime and deepen your understanding
