Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes online courses, memberships, digital resources, and downloadable content.

Please ensure you review the course or membership details carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing your content, we’ll gladly assist.

 

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us via email.

  • Cancellation will stop future billing

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

 

Course Access

Online courses are provided on a self-paced basis unless otherwise stated. Access begins immediately after payment and remains available for the duration specified at purchase.

Live Sessions & Group Coaching

Live group sessions are scheduled in advance. If you are unable to attend, replays may be provided where applicable. Missed live sessions are not grounds for refunds.

Payment Issues

If a payment fails, access to content may be paused until the payment is resolved. For EFT payments, proof of payment must be emailed to us to ensure uninterrupted access.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update content, schedules, or delivery formats where necessary, while maintaining the overall value and intent of the offering.
